  On October 11, the third investment promotion roadshow and marine economic industry supply-demand matching conference, jointly organized by the Fujian Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Fuzhou Municipal People’s Government, and the CSSC China Institute of Marine Technology & Economy, successfully concluded in Wuhan. Representatives from relevant departments of Fujian Province, municipal and county (district) governments, industrial parks, and nearly 100 representatives from marine economy industry-related units, key enterprises, universities, and financial institutions in Wuhan and surrounding areas gathered to discuss the cooperation plans for the maritime equipment industry and jointly plan for high-quality development in the maritime equipment sector.

  Li Jianhe, Director-General Level Officer (Grade Ⅱ) of the Fujian Provincial Development and Reform Commission, delivered a speech at the event.

  At the event, representatives from the Luoyuan Bay Development Zone, Changle District, Xiamen Marine High-Tech Industry Park, and Fu’an Economic Development Zone made key presentations on their development foundations, industrial advantages, and future focus areas for growth.

  During the event, several key marine industry enterprises gave roadshows on their transformable, actionable outcomes and released their technology innovation demands. Additionally, after the event, supply and demand parties engaged in roundtable discussions, where they had in-depth exchanges on the industrial policies, support measures, and investment opportunities of Fujian Province and relevant industrial parks.

  As the final stop of this series of events, Wuhan successfully carried forward the enthusiastic atmosphere and fruitful outcomes from the previous Shanghai and Chongqing stations. The three events invited nearly 400 representatives from around 200 marine economy-related organizations, key enterprises, universities, and financial institutions. Representatives from 12 industrial parks in Fujian Province presented their project portfolios. Nearly 20 key marine industry enterprises, including the China Ship Development and Design Center and Wuhan Maritime Communication Research Institute, showcased high-quality innovative technologies such as drone intelligent management and control, ship robotics technology, and domestic hollow fiber membrane modules. Over 300 advanced technological achievements and demands were released at the event, covering multiple fields, including new energy, shipbuilding, and marine support industries. During the event, more than 40 supply and demand parties held roundtable discussions, focusing on industry cooperation and project implementation, providing accurate connection channels for upstream and downstream enterprises in Fujian’s marine economy sector. This facilitated the integration of local businesses into the supply chain system of major national strategic projects.
